Reflexology is a safe, non-invasive foot treatment which works to support your physical, mental and emotional well-being. It works on the premise that there are specific points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. We all get a little out of balance, due to stress, lifestyle, illness, etc., and these imbalances can be detected in our foot reflexes. By using specific techniques to apply pressure to these reflex points any blockages or imbalances in the corresponding areas of the body are corrected.
Simply put, when our body is in balance its natural ability to heal and repair is promoted, and we function better. With the mind-body connection being so powerful, when our body is working well, our mind is too.
